Anti SS-A (Ro)

Anti-Ro / SSA antibodies are among the most frequently detected autoantibodies against extractable nuclear antigens and have been associated with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and Sjögren’s syndrome (SS).

Anti SS-B (La)

The anti-SSB antibody is one of the most common SLE serum autoantibodies and is produced prior to the onset of SLE. Previous findings suggest that the anti-SSB antibody is a significant player in the pathogenesis of SLE and that it is also relatively stable in the course of SLE.
